Over the years, I have been on various therapy courses to help me with the PTSD I sustained while serving in the British Army. You can attend the best therapy in the world, but unless you gel with the therapist, it isn’t as effective as it should be. Glen put me at ease, displaying a huge amount of knowledge and empathy. He explained the way my brain worked, and why I would react the way I did in challenging situations. This helped me to understand where I had been, where I was and, importantly, where I could get to! I recently took part in a few trance meditation sessions over the phone with Glen and it’s not something I’m really familiar with but I found it to be a really calming experience in all fairness.
